Who We Are
The Okanagan /
Shuswap Esso Annuitant Club is a social club for
annuitants of Imperial Oil who reside in the Okanagan Valley and Shuswap
regions, spanning the area from Kamloops to Osoyoos. The club currently has
more than 100 members that have retired here from across Canada. The club’s primary
purpose is to provide opportunities for members to connect and socialize with
fellow annuitants living in the area. Club activities are generously supported
by Imperial Oil, however the Club is not an official body of Imperial Oil and
has no authority to speak on its behalf.
Our Mission
How We Are Organized
The club's affairs are managed by an executive committee and regional directors. Club activities are funded via annual membership dues combined with financial support from Imperial Oil. The club hosts several social events (typically luncheons or dinners) held at various locations in the region throughout the year. In addition, an annual general meeting is held in Kelowna for all club members. Members are encouraged to provide feedback and ideas about new events and activities that will help meet the club’s objectives. For more information about the executive committee, click here.
Note: The ESSO trademark is owned by Imperial Oil and is used
under agreement.
